At my day time job, I am the in-house legal counsel of Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU), the world’s largest broadcasting union. At ABU, I represent broadcasters in the Asia-Pacific region at the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) on the negotiations on the proposed Broadcasters Treaty. At night, I pursue my passion – legal research and writing. My primary research interest is international intellectual property law (especially international copyright law) and copyright law. I aim to become the world’s foremost expert of international copyright law in coming years. Given my laser sharp focus and intensity, I am sure with God’s blessings, I will succeed in my goal.
